Article Processing Charges (APC)

To support the editorial process and ensure the long-term sustainability of the JTPG(Jurnal Teknologi Pertanian Gorontalo), an Article Processing Charge (APC) will be applied starting from Volume 12, Issue 1 (2027).

The APC is intended to cover the costs associated with high-quality editorial services and journal publication.

Payment Policy

Authors are not required to pay any fee during the manuscript submission or peer-review process.

The APC will only be requested after:

• The manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process.
• The Editor has issued an official Acceptance Letter (Letter of Acceptance/LoA).

Payment instructions will be provided to the corresponding author only after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication. Authors will receive detailed information regarding the payment procedure via email together with the acceptance notification. No payment should be made prior to receiving the official payment instructions from the Editorial Office.

Editorial Independence

The payment of the APC does not guarantee manuscript acceptance.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an independent editorial assessment and a rigorous double-blind peer-review process based solely on their scientific quality, originality, technical merit, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Editorial decisions are made independently of any financial considerations.

Refund Policy

Once an article has been accepted, processed, and published, the APC is non-refundable, except in cases where publication cannot proceed due to reasons attributable to the journal.
